GardenCalc.com (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides free online gardening calculators. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit our site and how we use it. We have designed this site to collect as little data as possible.

GardenCalc may display advertisements provided by Google AdSense. Google uses cookies to serve ads based on a user’s prior visits to our website and other websites on the internet. Users may opt out of personalized advertising at Google’s Ad Settings page (google.com/settings/ads). We do not control what ads are shown — Google determines ad content based on their own policies.
GardenCalc itself does not set any first-party cookies. Google AdSense may set cookies as described in section 3. Our analytics provider (Cloudflare) does not use cookies. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings at any time.
If you contact us through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and message content. We use this information only to respond to your inquiry. We do not add contact form submissions to any mailing list or share them with third parties.
All calculations happen entirely in your browser. When you use a GardenCalc tool, the numbers you enter are not sent to any server — the calculation runs locally in your browser using JavaScript. We do not store, log, or transmit any data you enter into our calculators.
Our pages may contain links to seed suppliers, garden retailers, and other gardening resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those external websites. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit.
GardenCalc is not directed toward children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
We may update this privacy policy periodically. We will post the updated policy on this page with a revised ‘Last Updated’ date. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
